Projects in Progress

In Progress
  • Construction of the Diamond Jubilee Complex — The school is celebrating its 60th anniversary with the construction of a landmark Diamond Jubilee Complex. This four-storey multipurpose facility will serve both the school and the wider community by providing spaces for practical skills training, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship development, in line with Uganda’s national youth skilling agenda. The complex will include administrative offices, vocational training rooms, an ICT lab, and a multipurpose hall, making it a hub for innovation, community engagement, and holistic student development. The project aligns with the school’s Strategic Plan (2024–2029), specifically Thematic Pillar 6: Ensuring Sustainability and Resilience, and will benefit over 1,000 students annually, as well as hundreds of out-of-school youth within and around Ibanda Municipality. With a projected cost of UGX 5.95 billion, the school is seeking partnerships from government agencies, development organizations, alumni, private sector actors, and well-wishers to bring this transformative vision to life. The Diamond Jubilee Complex will stand as a lasting legacy of education, empowerment, and community development.
